Alex Hill is an expert multi-creative excellence and artistic achievement award winning videographer and wedding industry entrepreneur. Alex founded Elysium Productions with his wife Julie in 2001 and with the help of their talented team they have since grown their wedding videography business into one of the most successful and nationally acclaimed studios in the country, providing brides from across the United States with contemporary, cutting edge wedding video productions. He is a strong advocate for the use of video to not only capture wedding day memories in a creative, cinematic fashion but also as a tool for wedding professionals to visually showcase the skill and artistry they possess in their respective fields. Alex is a proponent of sound business practices and ethics and believes in treating clients the way he would wish to be treated.
Alex is the founder and creative thinker behind the concept of Wedding Life. Wedding Life was designed out of frustration for an appropriate vehicle for contemporary brides to be able to educate themselves in a more sophisticated way about the wedding industry in order to stimulate their ideas and creativity and help them find the right vendors to create the wedding of their dreams. Prior to moving to the United States in 1998 Alex worked in the fashion industry in London, England and is a graduate of the University Of Manchester Institute Of Science And Technology's School Of Management, England's top ranked business school, with a Masters Degree in Marketing. Alex has been internationally published with his research on branding and brand recognition in the youth market. Prior to launching Elysium Productions he worked as a product development manager for Autobytel.com.
